Why A 100-MPG Car Is Awful For Conservation.
CNN ran a segment today on how the auto industry can profit off of energy efficiency that quickly digressed to employee discounts and other recycled promotions that hawk new cars to consumers.
Elsewhere, segments like this glorify 100-MPG cars and ignore simpler and more-effective ways to conserve energy.
